June 30, 2022 Group Run in Central Park

Please join other members of the New York Running Club for a ~4 mile group run, Thursday, June 30. We will meet at 6:30 PM next to the San Martin Monument (large statue of a guy on a horse) located at CP South and 6th Ave. Starting with a short guided warm-up by Dr. Victoria Sekely DPT CSCS, we will run a leisurely  paced counter-clockwise ~4 mile loop of the park, cutting across the foot path just north of the 97th St. Transverse. The run will be followed by a guided cool down and an informal happy hour at a nearby establishment, TBD. See you there!

We will meet at 5:30 PM next to the San Martin Monument (large statue of a guy on a horse) located at CP South and 6th Ave. Starting with a short guided warm-up by Dr. Victoria Sekely DPT CSCS, we will run a leisurely  paced counter-clockwise ~4 mile loop of the park, cutting across the foot path just north of the 97th St. Transverse. PS, if you are running late, you can meet us on the course by running clockwise, or just plan on meeting back the statue around 6:15 or so.
