May 23, 2023 Group Run in Central Park
Mayday Mayday!! Please join other members of the New York Running Club for a ~4 mile group run, Tuesday, May 23, 2023. We will meet at 6:15 PM next to the San Martin Monument (large statue of a guy on a horse) located at CP South and 6th Ave next to the Citibike dock. Starting with a short guided warm-up by Dr. Victoria Sekely DPT CSCS, we will run a leisurely paced counter-clockwise ~4 mile loop of the park, cutting across the foot path just north of the 97th St. Transverse. The run will be followed by a guided cool down and an informal happy hour at a nearby establishment, TBD. See you there!

PS, if you are running late, you can meet us on the course by running clockwise, or just plan on meeting back the statue around 6:15 or so.

Group Run Postponed
All, we have decided to push the February 10th group run to March (date TBD). We are hoping that the pandemic situation will be a bit more manageable by that point, and it should be a bit warmer as well. Stay tuned!
