NYRC Sundowner Group Run in Central Park Thursday, Feb. 10 @ 5:30 PM
Please join other members of the New York Running Club for a sundowner 4 mile group run Thursday, February 10th. We will meet at 5:30 PM next to the San Martin Monument (large statue of a guy on a horse) located at CP South and 6th Ave. Starting with a short guided warm-up by Dr. Victoria Sekely DPT CSCS, we will run a leisurely paced counter-clockwise ~4 mile loop of the park, via the 97th St. Transverse. The run will be followed by a guided cool down and an informal happy hour at a nearby establishment, TBD. See you there!
